Camping - Yes...Joshua Tree Lake RV & Campsite has camping options. You have to reserve spots through them
Festival Hours -
Friday night at Mojave Gold
Bands start at 7pm / Doors at 6pm
Saturday at Joshua Tree Lake
Bands start at 12:30pm / Gates open at 11:30am
Refund Policy - No Refunds. This is a rain or shine event with the exception of the event being canceled due to acts of God, etc. All event information, including the venues & lineup, is subject to change.
Age Restrictions - Mojave Gold is All Ages... Joshua Tree Lake RV & Campground is All ages. However, parental discreation is advised as the festival will be dealing with adult themes and content
Volunteer/Help - Yes we are in need of volunteers. If you are a motivated person and love music, please contact us through the message box on this site.
Weather - Expected to be in the low 90's during the day to low 70's at night. Bring sunblock, hat, but know the weather can change quickly in the desert so bring something warm that you can leave in the car just incase. Dress accordingly ... Blankets if you feel are needed are allowed
Water Stations - There will be free water stations with cups throughout the event. However you are encouraged to bring refillable bottles to the event to lessen the amount of waste.
Will Alcohol Be Served?- Yes. Must be 21+ years of age with proper ID- Government issued with photo and current. 29 Palms Brew Co will be providing the beer and hosting the bar located in the Boogaloo Lounge
Prohibited Items- Your safety is our first concern. All guests and their belongings are subject to search. Any prohibited item found will be disposed and not returned.
- No Outside Food or beverages except water
- No Weapons (firearms, knives, razor blades, etc)
- No Illegal Drugs
- No Pets except service animals (see Service Animals section
below)
- No Fireworks or incendiary devices of any kind
- No Glass or Metal containers
- No Drones
- No Cameras/video equipment with removable lenses
including GoPro type devices
- No Backpacks in the stage area
- No parasols or umbrellas in the stage area
- No Obstructive items in the stage area that can block
someone's view
Is the Festival ADA Accessible?- Yes.
Our ADA parking spaces operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and are at no cost to you. ADA parking will be along the east fence of the Day parking lot. You will need a verified handicapped placard or license plate.
Service Animals- Yes. Pets are not allowed inside the festival grounds, but we do allow trained service animals to accompany those with disabilities to Mojave Experience. Emotional support animals are not allowed.
Parking- Parking in the event grounds is $15. There is limited free parking outside the event on Sunfair Rd. Be cautious as some of the spots is soft sand. Parking is at your own risk. Mojave Experience is not responsible for theft, damage, etc to any vehicle parked inside the event grounds or not.
Payments - This is a cashless event. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Paypal, Bank Cards and Credit Cards are the only acceptable means of payment at the event.
